I&#39;m experiencing a time of weariness, when it feels like my soul does not want to stay in my body. It feels disconnected, and it&#39;s hard not to beat myself up for this because I feel I&#39;ve backtracked in my spiritual path. I keep reminding myself to be compassionate and loving towards myself, that this is not backtracking but deepening... And I know what you mean about practicing connecting to the larger se;f/God&#39;s love. I do... But then I feel like I&#39;m going insane because it feels like there are two entities living inside me. The part of me that is connected has faith, but the weary one is very doubtful. I don&#39;t know what to do anymore...
